This challenging 9.69-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning scenery around Tête du Véleray.

Starting at the Chalet du Joly, you'll pass by various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you'll find the beautiful Aiguille Croche peak and the Col du Joly. As you continue, you'll come across several water features and informational points, providing you with insights into the area's natural and historical significance.

Midway through the hike, you'll reach a memorial site before heading towards the Table d'orientation viewpoint, where you can take in panoramic views of the surroundings. Be sure to stop by Chez Gaston restaurant for a break and refuel before continuing your journey.

The trail also includes a visit to the Tête du Véleray peak, offering a rewarding climb with breathtaking vistas. With an elevation gain of 534 meters and a duration of approximately 3 hours and 34 minutes, this hike is best suited for experienced hikers.
