This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area surrounding Mittlerer Niederbergweg. The trail is super easy, making it perfect for hikers of all levels.
As you start your journey, you'll come across some interesting points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you'll find the Kirche Sankt Gallus und Othmar, a charming church steeped in history. Continuing on, you'll pass by the Alte Schlossscheune, an old castle with limited wheelchair access.
Further along the route, you'll encounter the Schloss / Rathaus, a historic castle and town hall with wheelchair access. Be sure to check out the Rottenmünsterhof, located midway through the hike.
As you make your way back, take a moment to appreciate the memorial at the Kriegerdenkmal and the wayside crosses along the trail. You can also find benches and viewpoints to rest and enjoy the stunning surroundings.
Remember to bring plenty of water, especially on hot days, and check the forecast before heading out.
