This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Mirador de Ruàs. The 7.712 km long trail offers a challenging journey with an elevation gain of 292 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.
At the beginning of the trail, you will come across Parc Àvia Jovita, a perfect place for a picnic with lovely barbecue spots. As you continue on the trail, you will also pass by a peak called Puig de la Creu de Castellar, offering stunning views of the surroundings.
Midway through the hike, you will reach Can Margarit de Dalt, a historic site with fascinating ruins to explore. Further along the trail, you will encounter several viewpoints such as Mirador de Ruàs, Abric del les Roques del Barret, and Menir Ajagut, offering panoramic views of the area.
Although there are some off-trail points of interest like Castell de Calonge and Cova de la Roca Esquerdada, it is recommended to stay on the designated trail for safety.
