This extremely difficult 12.089-kilometer circular hiking route takes you through the stunning area of Cima Fidene. The trail starts at a parking area located right at the trailhead. As you begin your journey, you'll pass by a bar about 0.19 kilometers from the start where you can grab a quick snack or drink. Further along the trail at 0.2 kilometers, you'll find the charming Ristorante da Zi Peppe, perfect for a meal break.

Midway through the hike at approximately 5.02 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the picturesque peak of Pizzo Pellecchia. This is a great spot to take in panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. As you continue, you'll encounter Forcella di Pizzo Pellecchia, an interesting information point about 4.25 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Along the way, you'll also come across drinking water facilities at 0.14 kilometers and another bar at 0.16 kilometers from the start, ensuring you stay hydrated and energized throughout your trek.

At 1.41 kilometers from the start, you'll find the archaeological site of Madonna del Carmine, offering a glimpse into the area's historic past. Towards the end of the hike, approximately 5.91 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the peak of Cima Fidene. This is a rewarding point to reach, with breathtaking views as your payoff for the challenging trek.
