This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with various points of interest along the way. The trail is super easy, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.
You will start your journey at the parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before setting off on the trail. As you begin your hike, you will come across the Central Lagoon, located just 0.36 kilometers from the start. This serene water feature provides a peaceful setting to admire before continuing on.
Further along the trail, at the 0.4-kilometer mark, you will reach an attraction known as the Rizal Park Flag Pole. This historic monument is a significant point of interest along the route.
As you make your way towards the Chinese Garden Pond, which is located at the 0.52-kilometer mark, you will pass by the Chinese Garden Pavilion, offering a glimpse into the local architecture and culture.
Along the trail, you will also encounter the Sentinel of Freedom monument and the Filipino-Korean Soldier Monument, adding a touch of history and art to your hiking experience.
It is advised to bring an ample water supply, especially on hot days, and to check the weather forecast before embarking on the hike. This out-and-back trail provides a leisurely stroll through various points of interest, offering a relaxing and educational outdoor experience.
