This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding D 1066. The 8.27 kilometer trail is rated as difficult due to its length and elevation gain.

Starting at the trailhead, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a bicycle parking area, followed by a shelter at 0.07 kilometers from the start. Further along, there are more shelters at 0.0 kilometers and 0.03 kilometers from the start, providing resting spots for hikers.

As you continue on, you will reach a water source at 4.14 kilometers from the start, so make sure to refill your water bottles here. Additionally, there is a parking area at 0.17 kilometers from the start, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the hike.

Towards the midway point of the trail, you will encounter a bar called L'Orée du Bois, perfect for a refreshment break. Along the trail, you will also find benches at various points, offering opportunities to rest and take in the scenery.
