This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and challenging terrain. The total distance of the hike is approximately 8.9 kilometers with an elevation gain of 956 meters, making it a difficult and rewarding adventure.

Starting at the parking area, the trail will lead you through the picturesque landscape, with various points of interest along the way. About 4.4 kilometers into the hike, you will come across an information point, followed by the Malga Kraun alpine hut at 4.46 kilometers. This is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature.

As you continue on, you will find more information points, picnic sites, and even a wayside shrine at different points along the trail. Make sure to check out Vilpua at the 3-kilometer mark, a picturesque spot with interesting information.

The Friedrich information point at 0.12 kilometers in is a good starting point for the hike and offers some insights into the area. Additionally, the Molin Grant information point at 0.61 kilometers is another interesting stop along the way.

It's important to note that the trail is an out-and-back route, so you will retrace your steps on the way back. Remember to bring plenty of water, wear appropriate hiking gear, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging journey.
