This extremely difficult 12.153-kilometer circular hiking route will take you to the stunning Tête du Pas de l'Ours in the area. With an elevation gain of 931 meters, this challenging hike is not for the faint of heart.

Starting from the parking area at Pont de St Ruph, you will begin your journey towards the first point of interest, the Ruisseau des Rois, located 2.69 kilometers from the start. This tranquil stream is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Continuing on, you will pass by the Passerelle des Rois at 1.58 kilometers from the start, a picturesque footbridge that offers lovely views of the area. As you make your way towards the Tête du Pas de l'Ours, you will also come across the Source des Auges at 4.72 kilometers from the start, where you can replenish your water supply.

At the halfway point of the hike, you will reach the Tête du Pas de l'Ours, a beautiful peak that offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. From there, you can see the Pointe des Auges, another peak in the distance at 4.9 kilometers from the start.
