This hiking route takes you through the stunning natural beauty of the Corno di Lago Scuro area. The trail covers a distance of approximately 15.846 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1514 meters, making it an extremely difficult hike suitable for experienced hikers.

Along the route, you will encounter several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you'll come across the Rifugio Mandrone, an alpine hut where you can rest and refuel. As you continue on, you'll pass by multiple water sources to refill your bottles. Midway through the hike, you'll find the Cimitero di guerra, a historic memorial site that offers a moment of reflection.

Further along the trail, you'll reach the Capanna Lagoscuro wilderness hut, a shelter where you can spend the night if needed. Nearby, you'll also find the Bivacco Passo Lago Scuro (Museo), a shelter with facilities for hikers. As you approach the endpoint, the Corno di Lago Scuro peak will offer breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
