Starting at the parking area at the beginning of the trail, hikers will pass by the Sant Joan attraction just 0.09 kilometers from the start. As you continue along the trail, you will encounter the Mirador del Coll dels Colivassos viewpoint at around 1.83 kilometers into the hike, providing stunning panoramic views of the surroundings.

Around the midway point of the hike, at approximately 2.86 kilometers, you'll reach the Portell de Madrocs saddle and the nearby Punta de Fornells peak at 2.91 kilometers. These natural landmarks offer a great spot to rest and take in the beautiful scenery.

Further along the trail, at 3.46 kilometers, you'll come across the Mont-redon peak, a perfect photo opportunity with its picturesque surroundings. Along the way, there are also several information points and water sources to keep you informed and hydrated during your hike.

Once you reach the turnaround point, you can explore the Font del Bonic spring at 2.14 kilometers, before heading back along the same trail towards the starting point.
