This challenging hiking route will take you to the stunning Lac des Sirènes, located in a picturesque area with beautiful natural landscapes. The trail is an out-and-back route with a total distance of 7.829 kilometers and an elevation gain of 624 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding adventure.

Starting at the parking area, you will embark on your journey towards Lac des Sirènes. Along the way, you will pass by several points of interest. Approximately 0.05 kilometers from the start, you will come across a natural water source where you can refill your water bottles. Further along the trail, at around 0.75 kilometers from the start, you will encounter historic ruins, adding a touch of cultural significance to your hike.

As you continue your trek, you will reach another set of ruins at about 0.77 kilometers from the start, providing you with a glimpse into the area's past. Around 0.82 kilometers from the start, you will find a wayside cross called Rocher des Estaris, offering a moment of reflection along the trail.

At approximately 0.82 kilometers from the start, there is a drinking water station where you can quench your thirst before reaching the highlight of the hike, Lac des Sirènes. The lake is located 3.91 kilometers from the start and offers a perfect spot to rest and admire the tranquil waters.

On your way back, you can stop by a waterfall located at around 1.13 kilometers from the start, adding to the scenic beauty of the trail. Remember to bring plenty of water, snacks, and check the weather forecast before heading out on this challenging adventure.
