Hiking : Monte Paghera

This challenging hiking route takes you to the beautiful Monte Paghera area. The trail spans 4.715 kilometers with an elevation gain of 620 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek. It is estimated to take around 2 hours and 38 minutes to complete.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by convenient parking areas located at various points along the route. Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks, as well as check the weather forecast before heading out.

As you make your way along the path, about 1.5 kilometers in, you will encounter the stunning peak of Monte Canale, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Continuing on, you will reach Passo di Costa Verde, a scenic saddle point located approximately 1.54 kilometers from the start.

Midway through the hike, at around 2.36 kilometers, you will arrive at the picturesque Monte Paghera peak, a perfect spot to take in the panoramic vistas. Nearby, you will also find a wayside shrine, adding a touch of historic charm to the journey.

For a well-deserved break, stop by La Terrazza restaurant located right by the trail, approximately 0.04 kilometers from the start.
