This hiking route takes you through the scenic area around Hohenschwandalpe. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 5.591 kilometers and an elevation gain of 243 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Alpweg-Parkplatz, a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to check the weather forecast before embarking on your hike and bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.

As you continue along the trail, you'll pass by the Pfarr Alpe, an alpine hut located 1.55 kilometers from the starting point. This is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.

Further along the route, at a distance of 2.8 kilometers from the start, you'll find the Hohenschwandalpe, another alpine hut where you can rest and refuel before making your way back.
