This hiking route will take you to the beautiful area around Lago Giasprét. The trail is 10.441 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 1224 meters, making it extremely difficult but rewarding for experienced hikers.
As you start your hike, you will find a parking area nearby at the beginning of the trail. Remember to bring enough water and snacks as there are drinking water points along the way, about 0.02 kilometers from the start. You can also visit the historic Ghiacciaia building, located just 0.02 kilometers from the start of the trail.
Midway through your journey, you will pass by a cafe called "Il Chiosco," where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments. Further along the trail, at approximately 0.94 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a stunning waterfall known as "Unnamed Waterfall."
As you continue on, at around 5.21 kilometers from the start, you will reach Colle del Lupo, a scenic saddle point. From there, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area.
Throughout the hike, be sure to check the weather forecast and wear appropriate hiking gear. Additionally, parking areas are available at the start of the trail for your convenience. The route is an out-and-back type, so you will return to the starting point after reaching Lago Giasprét.
