This hiking route takes you through the scenic area of Schwarzes Moor, located near the Dreiländereck. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 4.427 kilometers and an elevation gain of 34 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your hike, you will come across the Schwarzes Moor parking area at a distance of 0.67 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along the trail, at 0.91 kilometers, you will encounter the Steinerner Torbogen, a historic memorial marking your journey.

Midway through the hike, at a distance of 2.1 kilometers, you will find the Großer Moorsee, a picturesque water feature adding to the natural beauty of the surroundings. Additionally, along the trail, you will find various water sources and information points highlighting the flora and fauna of the region.

Throughout the hike, there are benches and picnic sites available for hikers to take a rest and enjoy the peaceful environment. Make sure to bring an adequate supply of water and check the weather forecast before embarking on the journey.
