As you begin your journey, you'll come across a parking area at the trailhead where you can leave your vehicle before starting the hike. Just a short distance away, there is a lovely picnic site where you can rest and enjoy some food before continuing on. Additionally, there is a restaurant nearby called Ristorante La Vecchia Miniera where you can grab a meal after your hike.

As you make your way along the trail, you'll encounter several points of interest. One of the highlights is the Cascata del Marmarico, a beautiful waterfall located 8.74 kilometers from the start of the trail.
