This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Vogelstein. The trail is 6.167 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 216 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. It will take you approximately 1 hour and 58 minutes to complete.
As you start your journey, you will come across Thannerhubel, a parking area located right at the beginning of the trail. Along the way, you will also pass by Refuge Rossberg - SCSM, an alpine hut, where you can take a break and enjoy the stunning views. Further along the trail, at 3.08 kilometers from the start, you will find a viewpoint called Vogelstein, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surroundings.
For additional information and rest stops, you will also encounter Place des Nussbaum, an information point, Rothebrand Brennala, a spring, and picnic sites to relax and enjoy a meal. Make sure to stay hydrated on your hike as there are drinking water sources available at various points along the trail.
