This hiking route takes you through the beautiful Vogelstein area, starting at an alpine hut called Refuge Rossberg - SCSM (Ski Club Mulhouse). The trail offers stunning viewpoints and natural attractions along the way.

As you begin your journey, you'll pass by Thannerhubel parking area, before reaching Place des Nussbaum for some informational insights about the surroundings. As you continue, you'll come across the Rothebrand Brennala spring, a perfect spot to replenish your water supply before heading to the Vogelstein peak.

Along the route, you'll find picnic sites where you can take a break and enjoy a meal surrounded by nature. Make sure to stay hydrated by refilling your water bottle at the drinking water site located nearby.

The trail is a circular route, with a total distance of approximately 6.97 kilometers and an elevation gain of 291 meters. It is rated as a moderate difficulty hike, suitable for hikers of all skill levels.
