This hiking route will take you to the Belvédère du Fuchsfelsen in the beautiful area of Thannerhubel. The trail is an out-and-back type, starting at an elevation of 938 meters at Thannerhubel and reaching a destination elevation of 997 meters at Belvédère du Fuchsfelsen.

Along the way, you will pass by several points of interest. Just 2 kilometers into the hike, you will come across the Refuge Rossberg - SCSM (Ski Club Mulhouse), which serves as an alpine hut for accommodation. After another kilometer, you will reach the Belvédère du Fuchsfelsen, a viewpoint offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Additionally, there are picnic sites, a fountain, drinking water sources, viewpoints, information points, a memorial, a spring, and an information spot along the route for you to explore and enjoy.

The total distance of the hike is 7.1 kilometers, with an elevation gain of 316 meters. This makes the hike of moderate difficulty, suitable for hikers with some experience. Make sure to bring enough water, snacks, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.
