Starting at the trailhead, you will find convenient parking facilities nearby. As you venture along the path, you will come across the ruins of Le Vieux Vernègues and the Château, both steeped in historic charm and located approximately 0.3 kilometers from the start. Be sure to explore these fascinating landmarks along the way.

Around 0.66 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter an information point providing valuable insights into the surroundings. Continuing onwards, at the 0.99 kilometer mark, a stunning viewpoint awaits, offering breathtaking panoramic vistas of the landscape. Nearby, you'll also find the peak of Grand Puech, standing tall at 15.683 meters from the trail.

For a well-deserved break, stop by Le Repaire restaurant located just 0.02 kilometers from the trail. Enjoy a delicious meal and recharge before continuing your journey.
