Welcome to Senda del Paisaje in Madrid, a picturesque hiking route that offers a variety of natural and man-made points of interest along the way. This circular route spans a distance of 2.5 kilometers with no significant elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across a convenient parking area about 180 meters from the trail. Make sure to park your vehicle safely before heading towards the trailhead. As you make your way through the route, you will encounter several benches strategically placed for hikers to take a rest and enjoy the surrounding scenery. These benches are located just a few meters away from the trail, providing a perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate.

About 200 meters into the hike, you will find a drinking water station for you to refill your water bottles and stay hydrated throughout your trek. This is a crucial amenity, especially on warmer days, so don't forget to bring a reusable water bottle.

As you continue walking, you will reach a beautiful beach area at around 1.1 kilometers from the start. Take a moment to admire the tranquil views and perhaps take a few photos to capture the beauty of this natural spot. Further along the trail, at about 1.2 kilometers, you will encounter a viewpoint where you can pause and admire the panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscape.

On the way back, approximately 800 meters from the starting point, you will find the Virgen del Abrazo wayside shrine, a historic site that adds cultural significance to your hiking experience. Take some time to appreciate the religious and historical value of this shrine before completing your circular journey.
