This hiking route takes you along the Carretera d'Ermedàs, starting from a parking area at Aparcament Complex Municipal d'Esports. The trail is relatively easy, with a total distance of around 5 kilometers and no significant elevation gain.

Along the way, you will pass by Aparcament Esclat, another parking area, and Aparcament del Daró. Be sure to bring enough water as there are several natural water sources along the trail at about 2.4 to 2.5 kilometers from the starting point.

If you need a break or some sustenance, you can stop by Pizzeria Capri or El Passadís, both located close to the trail. There are also benches along the route for resting and a bar called La Tribuna at the beginning.
