This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Mont - Chemin des Charbonniers. The trail is 4.076 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 279 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike.
As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area nearby. From there, you will continue along the trail and about 2.04 kilometers in, you will reach a viewpoint where you can take in the stunning scenery.
Along the way, you will also pass by a fountain and a drinking water station, so make sure to stay hydrated throughout your hike. As you approach the midway point, you will encounter a historic wayside cross named Calvaire, as well as a statue called Statue de la Vierge, and several benches where you can take a break and rest your legs.
At around 1.14 kilometers in, you will have the opportunity to explore the Grotte de Liausson, a cave entrance that adds an exciting element to your hike. Additionally, there is another cave entrance called Baume Nègre further along the trail, about 2.01 kilometers in.
Towards the end of your hike, at about 2.04 kilometers in, you will reach another viewpoint where you can admire the surroundings before making your way back.
