Welcome to the hiking route near D 8 area! This circular route covers a distance of 6.291 kilometers with an elevation gain of 271 meters, taking approximately 2 hours and 8 minutes to complete. The difficulty level of this hike is rated as moderate.

As you begin your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. These include a paid parking area, an information point, and a water source to refill your supplies early on. As you continue, you will pass by "Chez Eva" restaurant at the 0.02 km mark, where you can take a break and enjoy some local cuisine.

Further along the trail, at around 0.17 km, you will find benches for taking a rest and soaking in the surroundings. A bit ahead, at 3.02 km, you will reach the peak of Mont de Sainte-Scolastique, offering a stunning viewpoint to admire the landscape. Nearby, you can also check out a historic wayside cross and another viewpoint for more scenic views.

Towards the end of the hike, at 0.25 km, there is a cafe where you can relax and refresh yourself before completing the route back to the starting point.
