Welcome to the Mont de Sainte-Scolastique hiking route! This circular trail offers a 6.29 km journey with an elevation gain of 271 meters, taking approximately 2 hours and 8 minutes to complete. The difficulty level is considered moderate, so hikers should be prepared for a bit of a challenge.

Starting at the parking lot at the beginning of the trail, you'll find a pay-to-park area conveniently located right at the starting point. As you start your hike, you'll come across an information point that provides insights about the area.

Continuing on, you'll pass by Chez Eva, a cozy restaurant where you can stop for a meal or some refreshments. Along the way, you'll also find several benches where you can take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature at different points of your journey.

Approximately 3 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach the highlight of the trail, Mont de Sainte-Scolastique, a peak offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Make sure to visit the viewpoint and wayside cross located nearby to fully appreciate the scenery.

As you make your way back, consider stopping by Ô cirque, a restaurant close to the trail for a post-hike meal. Additionally, there are water sources available along the trail to refill your supplies.
