Welcome to this super easy hiking route in a beautiful area!

As you start your journey, you'll find a water source located just 0.37 kilometers from the trail. This will be a great spot to refill your water bottle before heading further into the hike. Along the way, you'll come across another water source at around 0.33 kilometers from the start, ensuring you stay hydrated throughout your adventure.

At the beginning of the trail, you'll also find a parking area where you can safely leave your vehicle before starting the hike. Just a short distance away is an old bus stop called "Alte Haltestelle Epprechtstein," which adds an interesting historical touch to the surroundings.

As you continue along the trail, you'll encounter informative signs and points of interest. Look out for "Grenzlinien," which provides insights into the area's border lines, and "Das Matterhorn des Fichtelgebirge," a local attraction worth exploring. Additionally, the "Umwelt-Erlebnis-Station + NaturFreundehaus" offers a chance to learn more about the environment and relax at the Nature Friend House.

Midway through your hike, you'll find a bench where you can take a break and enjoy the scenic views. And towards the end of the trail, around 0.37 kilometers from the start, you'll find another water source to replenish your supplies before heading back.

This out-and-back route spans approximately 0.731 kilometers with minimal elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.
