Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by a parking area before reaching Gasthof zur Bachbrücke, a restaurant with limited wheelchair accessibility located 0.06 kilometers from the start. As you continue on, you'll come across a beach at 0.23 kilometers, perfect for a quick rest stop.

Around 3.52 kilometers into the hike, you will reach Brucksattel, a saddle point with impressive panoramic views. Along the way, you'll encounter various points of interest such as Hl. Nepomuk shrine and picnic sites for a relaxing break.

At around 4.62 kilometers, you'll find a memorial site followed by the Knappenkögerl peak at 4.91 kilometers, offering a challenging but rewarding ascent. Be sure to bring plenty of water, as this hike will take approximately 4 hours and 17 minutes to complete.
