As you start your journey, you will come across the Talstation Tegelbergbahn, a parking area near the beginning of the trail. Further along, at around 0.3 kilometers from the start, you will find the Sommerrodelbahn, an exciting attraction for visitors. The Tegelbergsteig via ferrata awaits you at 2.58 kilometers into the hike, offering a thrilling climbing experience.

At the midway point, around 3.7 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Gleitschirm- und Drachenstartplatz Tegelberg, a site for paragliding and hang gliding enthusiasts. Nearby, you can also visit the Panorama Restaurant for a break and enjoy some local cuisine.
