This challenging hiking route takes you to the stunning Lago Piccolo area, offering breathtaking views and unique natural attractions along the way. The trail spans a total distance of 14.55 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1200 meters, making it extremely difficult and suitable for experienced hikers.

Starting at the parking area near the trailhead, you will begin your journey towards Lago Piccolo. Along the way, you will encounter various points of interest. About 5.35 kilometers into the hike, you will come across Lago di Barco, a picturesque lake nestled in the mountains. Continuing on, at around 7.28 kilometers into the hike, you will reach another beautiful spot known as Lago Piccolo.

For a rest stop or overnight stay, there is a shelter located at approximately 5.46 kilometers into the hike. Additionally, there are several drinking water stations along the trail to keep you hydrated.

As you trek further, you will pass by a waterfall named Cascata, offering a refreshing break in nature. The trail also features amenities such as benches and BBQ areas for a leisurely picnic stop. A viewpoint at 6.19 kilometers into the hike provides a perfect vantage point to admire the surrounding landscapes.

This out-and-back route offers a challenging yet rewarding outdoor experience. Make sure to pack plenty of water, snacks, and essentials for the long hike.
