The Moorrundwanderweg route is an easy out-and-back hiking trail spanning approximately 2.814 kilometers with no elevation gain. The trail is located in a picturesque area surrounded by natural beauty.
As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area just 3.848 meters away from the trail. This is a convenient spot to park your vehicle before starting your adventure. Further along the trail, at around 1 kilometer into the hike, you will find the 4 Inseln Lacke (meaning "4 Islands Pond"), a beautiful water feature located approximately 120 meters away from the trail.
Continuing on, at approximately 1.41 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter the Gleislacke, another water feature situated around 152 meters from the trail. As you approach the midway point of the trail, at 1.23 kilometers, you will pass by a water feature located just 8.369 meters from the trail.
At around 1.41 kilometers, you will reach another water feature, the final point before turning back. Remember to bring enough water for your hike as there are no water sources directly on the trail. Additionally, check the weather forecast before embarking on this journey to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
