This challenging hiking route takes you to the beautiful Alpl destination. Starting at the parking area, you will embark on a 10.335-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 328 meters. The trail begins at the parking area and winds through picturesque landscapes.

Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. About 0.2 kilometers from the start, you will find a water source where you can replenish your supplies. Further along, at around 0.14 kilometers, there is the Steyersberger Schwaig pub where you can take a break and grab a bite to eat.

As you continue your hike, you will encounter the Alpl peak at 5.17 kilometers into the trail. This is a great spot to take in panoramic views of the surrounding area. Additionally, there are informational points such as the Wexl Trails and Familien-Erlebnispark Hochwechsel, providing insights about the area's history and ecosystem.

The route is an out-and-back type, so you will retrace your steps on the way back to the parking area. It is recommended to bring plenty of water, snacks, and to check the weather forecast before setting out on this challenging yet rewarding hike.
