Welcome to the Route de Bitche hiking trail! This circular route covers a distance of 5.97 kilometers with an elevation gain of 253 meters, making it of moderate difficulty. It is estimated to take around 2 hours to complete.
Starting off the trail, you will come across the Source Lichteneck, an informational point about the area located just 0.06 kilometers from the start. As you continue your journey, make sure to take a break and enjoy the breathtaking views from the Ziegenberg peak, located at around 2.63 kilometers from the start.
Along the way, you will also encounter the Source de la Liese spring, perfect for refilling your water bottle. The trail offers various viewpoints, so be sure to take in the scenic beauty of the surroundings. Additionally, there are parking spots available at the beginning of the trail for your convenience.
