This hiking route takes you through the stunning area surrounding Turó de la Mala Cinglera. With a total distance of 17.5 kilometers and an elevation gain of 533 meters, this hike is considered extremely difficult and is recommended for experienced hikers.
As you start your journey, you will pass by the majestic Castell de Montesquiu, a historic castle located just 0.26 kilometers from the trail. Further along the route, at the beginning, you will find the Font del Castell, where you can refill your water supply.
Midway through the hike, you will come across the R189 la Farga de Bebié information point, providing insight into the area's history and significance. Continuing on, you will reach the Turó de la Farga peak at 4.56 kilometers from the start and Collet de l'Empriu at 8.48 kilometers, offering panoramic views of the surroundings.
Towards the end of the hike, at the Coll Sesfonts saddle point, 6.01 kilometers from the start, you can take a moment to rest and enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds you. As you make your way back, don't forget to stop by the Font de les Planesses spring, located 1.89 kilometers from the start, to rehydrate after a challenging trek.
