Welcome to the hiking route to Bisantola! Bisantola is a beautiful area known for its stunning natural landscapes and picturesque trails. The route is an out-and-back trail, covering a distance of 6.717 kilometers with an elevation gain of 461 meters, making it of moderate difficulty.
As you start your hike, you will come across several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area for your convenience. Further along, at 0.54 kilometers from the start, there is a drinking water station where you can refill your water bottles.
Continuing on, at around 2 kilometers from the start, you will encounter Capanna Fonte a Noce, a wilderness hut where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Around the 3.24-kilometer mark, you will reach Campo di Croce, a scenic saddle point offering panoramic views of the area.
Midway through the hike, at approximately 3.33 kilometers from the start, there is an information point where you can learn more about the area. As you make your way back, you will find additional facilities such as drinking water stations and a shelter for hikers to rest.
It is recommended to bring an adequate supply of water, snacks, and to wear proper hiking gear. Checking the weather forecast before embarking on the hike is also advisable.
