Around 1.81 kilometers into the hike, you will reach Fontesanta, a lovely picnic site perfect for enjoying a packed meal amidst nature's beauty. Further along the trail at 2.01 kilometers, you'll find Rifugio Fontesanta, an alpine hut providing a cozy resting place for weary hikers. Be sure to stop by Fontesanta spring at 2.06 kilometers to quench your thirst with fresh water.

As you make your way back towards the starting point, take in the sights of Poggio delle Piglie, a peak located 1.52 kilometers away from the trail. Additionally, you can visit the various information points, memorials, and viewpoint along the route to learn more about the area's history and enjoy scenic overlooks.
