At a certain point, you'll come across a historic wayside cross, adding a touch of heritage to your hike. Around the 2.54-kilometer mark, there is a shelter where you can rest and refuel before continuing your trek.

As you approach the 3.77-kilometer mark, don't miss the viewpoint offering stunning vistas of the area, perfect for capturing memorable photos.
