This hiking route takes you to the beautiful Monte Rua area, offering stunning views and historical landmarks along the way. The trail is relatively easy, with a distance of 1.086 kilometers and an elevation gain of 35 meters, making it suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your hike, you will come across the historic Wayside Cross located right at the beginning of the trail, providing a glimpse into the area's past. Further along, at a distance of 0.35 kilometers from the start, you will find an Information Point where you can learn more about the surroundings and the trail itself.

Halfway through your journey, at 0.5 kilometers from the start, you will reach a Drinking Water point, allowing you to refill your water bottle and stay hydrated. As you continue onwards, you will encounter the Belvedere della Croce viewpoint situated approximately 0.54 kilometers from the start, offering a panoramic vista of the surrounding landscape.

At the end of the trail, you will reach the summit of Monte Rua, a peak with breathtaking views of the area. Take your time to soak in the beauty of the surroundings before heading back the way you came.
