This hiking route takes you through a scenic area with diverse points of interest along the way. The trail is 9.006 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 36.0 meters, making it a difficult hike that will challenge both your endurance and leg strength. It is estimated to take around 2 hours and 10 minutes to complete.

Starting from the parking area, you will pass by the Ponte Verde information point at the beginning of the trail. As you continue, you will come across the Fontana dell'Otto fountain and the Caffetteria Reale for a quick snack break. Further along the trail, you will find the Borgo Castello castle at 1.16 kilometers from the start, and the Lago della Strada lake at the end of the trail at 4.5 kilometers.

Throughout the hike, you will also encounter various amenities such as drinking water fountains, benches for resting, and picnic sites for a relaxing break. The Area picnic prati del Castello is a perfect spot for enjoying a meal surrounded by nature.
