This hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of Durrenseespitze, offering stunning views and challenging terrain. With a distance of 13.737 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1231 meters, this hike is categorized as extremely difficult, so make sure you are well-prepared before embarking on this journey.
As you start your hike, you will come across the Durrensee, a serene water body located around 6.15 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Along the way, you will find the Hinterlarcher Parkplatz parking area right at the start of the trail, and the Arztal Alm restaurant and Berghütte Arztal wilderness hut around 3.55 kilometers from the start, offering a chance to refuel and rest.
During your hike, you will also pass by various points of interest such as drinking water sources, springs, and viewpoints. Make sure to stay hydrated and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding you. Additionally, be on the lookout for benches and wayside shrines where you can take a break and appreciate the surroundings.
