This challenging out-and-back hiking route spans a total distance of 8.114 kilometers with an elevation gain of 0.0 meters. The trail is located in a picturesque area surrounded by natural beauty.

As you embark on the hike, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area for your convenience. As you continue onwards, you will encounter the historic Steinkreuz III Münsingen Bremelau wayside cross, adding a touch of local history to your journey.

Around the midway point of the hike, you will reach the Adler restaurant, where you can take a break and refuel before continuing on your adventure. Further along the trail, at a distance of 2.25 kilometers from the start, you will reach a peak known as Kreuzberg. While not directly on the trail, this peak offers stunning views and is worth the extra effort to visit.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across several other historic landmarks such as wayside crosses and shrines, adding cultural significance to your outdoor experience.
