This hiking route will take you on a 10.782-kilometer circular journey to the beautiful area surrounding Hochkogel. The route offers a challenging adventure with an elevation gain of 1028 meters, making it a difficult trek that will take approximately 5 hours and 3 minutes to complete.

Starting at Alpengasthaus Ramsau, you will begin your hike with stunning views of the surrounding peaks. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest such as the Kaiserschild-Klettersteig via ferrata, where you can test your climbing skills.
At the midway point, you can take a break at Haas Hütt'n and enjoy some refreshments before continuing your journey. Don't forget to stop by the Bärnlochtränke drinking water station to stay hydrated.

As you make your way back towards the starting point, you will pass by the Lärch Alm restaurant, where you can grab a bite to eat. Take in the beauty of the area as you hike past the Kaiserschild information point and the Hochkogel peak.
