This hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of Kalvarienberg. The trail is considered super easy with a distance of 0.624 kilometers and no elevation gain. Before starting the hike, make sure to check the weather forecast and bring enough water.

As you begin your journey, you will come across several points of interest along the trail. At around 0.27 kilometers from the start, you will find the Beweinungskapelle, a historic wayside shrine. Further ahead, at 0.31 kilometers, you will reach the Maria-Magdalena-Kapelle, followed by the Herrgottruh-Kapelle, Grabkapelle, and Kreuzfallkapelle, all within the same vicinity.

On your way back, you can stop by the Johannes-Nepomuk-Kapelle, the Verspottung-Christi-Kapelle, the Petrusgrotte, the Geißelungskapelle, and the Mater Dolorosa wayside shrines. Additionally, there are benches and drinking water facilities strategically placed along the trail for your convenience.

At the end of the trail, you will reach the Kalvarienberg peak with the iconic Kalvarienberg wayside cross and the Tabula saltandi artwork nearby. Take a moment to appreciate the breathtaking views before heading back on the out-and-back route.
