About midway through the hike, you will find the Geographischer Mittelpunkt des Allgäus, a unique attraction that marks the geographical center of Allgäu. A little further, at 0.49 kilometers from the start, you will reach Gasthaus Mittelallgäu, a cozy restaurant where you can refuel and rest.

As you approach the endpoint of the trail, you will encounter the impressive Hohe Schulter peak. Take some time to enjoy the views before heading back.
