This extremely difficult hiking route covers a distance of 20.881 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1406 meters, taking approximately 8 hours and 20 minutes to complete. The destination of this out-and-back trail is the stunning Pointe de Serru / Punta Maurin.

The hike starts at the parking area, located at the beginning of the trail. As you make your way along the path, you will come across two water points at 9.21 and 9.34 kilometers from the start, providing opportunities to refill your water supply. Further along the trail at 9.45 kilometers, you will reach the Col du Lac Noir / Passo del Lago Nero, a picturesque saddle point offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Continuing on, at 10.44 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Pointe de Serru / Punta Maurin peak, the ultimate destination of the hike. Here, you can enjoy breathtaking views from the summit before retracing your steps back along the trail.

Along the way, you may encounter informational points at 0.06 and 0.7 kilometers from the start, providing insight into the local area and attractions.
