This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Speicherteich Hornköpfl. This trail is super easy with a distance of 1.784 kilometers and an elevation gain of 35 meters, making it perfect for hikers of all levels.
Starting off at the trailhead, you will pass by Alpenhaus, a restaurant located just 75 meters from the beginning of the trail. Be sure to check out their website for more information before or after your hike. As you continue on, you'll come across a convenient parking area just 15 meters from the trail, perfect for leaving your car before hitting the trail.
About halfway through the hike at 0.52 kilometers, you'll reach Hornköpflhütte, another restaurant where you can take a break and grab a bite to eat. Just a bit further at 0.89 kilometers, you'll find Speicherteich Hornköpfl, a beautiful water feature where you can relax and enjoy the scenery.
Along the trail, you'll also find several benches for resting and taking in the views. Look out for Kitz Gams bench at 0.89 kilometers and Panorama Kneipp Weg viewpoint at the same distance. These spots are perfect for a quick break and some photos.
Before heading out on the trail, be sure to bring plenty of water, as the entire hike takes about 30 minutes to complete.
