This extremely difficult 19.93-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you through the stunning landscape of Östliches Torjoch. With an elevation gain of 852 meters, this challenging trek is not for the faint of heart.

As you begin your journey, you will come across the Forsthaus Aquila alpine hut, a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the surroundings. The trail meanders through picturesque scenery, with clear mountain waters nearby at the 2.58-kilometer mark. Be sure to refill your water bottle here.

Continuing on, at the 9.31-kilometer mark, you will encounter another water source before reaching the historic boundary stones "1/1" and "222" along the trail. These stones mark a significant historical boundary and offer a glimpse into the past.

As you approach the 9.97-kilometer mark, you will reach the majestic peak of Östliches Torjoch. Take in the breathtaking views and savor the accomplishment of reaching this natural landmark.
