Welcome to the hiking route on the D 83 - D 83 trail! This trail offers a 4.606 km long hike with no elevation gain, making it an easy route suitable for all skill levels.

Starting at the parking area near Stade, you will begin your journey on this out-and-back trail. The trail is well-marked, so you can easily follow along as you explore the natural beauty of the area.

As you make your way along the trail, you will come across some points of interest. About 2.3 km into the hike, you will find a water feature where you can take a break and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. This is a great spot to rest and refuel before continuing on your adventure.

Further along the trail, at a distance of 0.83 km from the start, you will encounter the historic Calvaire wayside cross. Although it is not directly on the trail, it is worth a short detour to explore this piece of local history.

Remember to bring plenty of water and snacks for this hike, as there are limited amenities along the trail. Additionally, be sure to check the weather forecast before heading out to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
