This challenging 8.1-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will lead you to the stunning Lago della Sauma. The trail begins at Parcheggio San Bernolfo and winds through the picturesque surroundings, offering a total elevation gain of 524 meters.

Along the way, you will come across several points of interest. At the beginning of the hike, you will find a drinking water station just 0.17 kilometers from the start to refill your water bottles. As you continue, at around 0.36 kilometers from the start, you will encounter multiple information points providing insights about the area.

Midway through the hike, approximately 4.05 kilometers from the start, you will reach the beautiful Lago della Sauma, a serene spot perfect for a rest and enjoying the panoramic views. Additionally, there is another drinking water station available just 31 meters away from the trail near the lake.

While the trail offers breathtaking scenery, hikers are advised to be prepared for a difficult trek due to the length and elevation gain. Make sure to bring an ample water supply, wear appropriate hiking gear, and check the weather forecast before setting out on this adventure.
