Around 2.78 kilometers into the hike, you'll come across a water source located 12.9 meters from the trail, providing a refreshing spot to rest and hydrate. Continuing on, at 3.09 kilometers, you'll reach the Ellener Kreuz viewpoint, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

At 1.73 kilometers from the start, there's a restaurant called Walder Alm where you can stop for a meal and refuel before heading back. Additionally, you'll find informational points and benches along the trail, providing opportunities to rest, take in the scenery, and learn more about the area.
