This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Oberer Sandweg in Heidelberg. The trail is 1.879 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 35 meters, making it super easy and suitable for hikers of all levels.

Midway through the trail, approximately 0.61 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point that provides insights into the area's history and attractions. Continuing on, at around 0.88 kilometers from the start, another information point awaits, offering more details about the surrounding landmarks.
Towards the end of the trail, at a distance of 0.02 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a shelter known as Michelshütte. Here, you can take a break and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before heading back.
